She has held CEO and other leadership positions at pt Health, a national provider of physical rehabilitation clinics, Access PT, an American provider of therapeutic care in hospitals, home care and outpatient clinics, and InnoCare, a health technology company. offering clinic management software and electronic medical records.

Prior to joining GraceMed, Ms. Shantora spent a decade in healthcare as CEO of US, Canadian and UK companies. Previously, she served as President of Access PT, an American company providing care in hospitals, outpatient clinics and home care, and CEO of pt Health, a Canadian company providing physical rehabilitation services in more than 100 clinics around the world. Canada. As CEO of InnoCare, a UK electronic medical records company, his role allowed him to support healthcare providers through SaaS and BPO services.
Heather Shantora is a leader with extensive operational expertise in healthcare delivery, telehealth, health technology and software. Ms. Shantora has an established record in scaling businesses and re-engineering businesses for peak performance. As a result, she has spent the last year in private equity leading healthcare deals.
Heather Shantora holds a master’s degree from Schiller University of Paris, France and a bachelor’s degree in economics and politics from McMaster University in Canada. She pursues her studies annually with continuing education at Harvard Business School.
